Our Personalised Noah's Ark Money Box comes gift boxed with ribbon. It is a unique and thoughtful gift that is sure to be treasured. Real silver plated with crystal embellishments, and silver in colour, these are designed to stand the test of time.

PLEASE NOTE: The crystal embellishments will catch the sunlight and are not an imperfection, they are meant to be there, every moneybox is different and will have variances with some embellishments larger and others smaller.

Choose your design: Elephant & Moon with text or the plain money box with text.
The money box can be engraved with 3 or 4 lines of text on the front. It can also be engraved with 2 lines of text on the back. The back is the side that has the money slot.

We have to keep to the character limit so your text is nice and readable.

Personalised Items are as follows:
Dispatched within 24 hours: Cards, Chocolate Bars.

Dispatched within 2 days: Selected Mugs.

Dispatched within 1-3 days: Engraved, Printed Items, Embroidered and Candles.

Dispatched within 3-5 days: Ceramic and Printed Glass.

All items that are not engraved or personalised are dispatched in 1 working day and delivered free by courier.

Yes if you tell us within one hour of paying for it but if we have already processed that order into our system then we cannot cancel it. It is best to contact us straight away, we appreciate that sometimes you may want to change your mind. However, if we have processed your order or through dealing with it, we have incurred administration costs then we may deduct up to £10 as an administration fee from any refund we give you.

If we have already personalised your item then we cannot cancel or refund you unless there has been a mistake on our part. Personalised items are personal to each individual and cannot be resold on by us.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.

UK - dispatched royal mail 1st class, delays of up to 4 days are being reported. 1st class is not a guaranteed next day service

REST OF WORLD - Tracked International but please allow up to 15, 21 or more if stuck in customs.

EUROPE - generally 3-5 working days, but please allow 7-10

USA/AU/Rest of World - generally 7-10 working days, but please allow up to 15, 21 or more if stuck in customs. Large Letter items are now dispatched royal mail tracked and signed as standard.

UK customers, please allow at least 5 working days, European customers, please allow at least 10 working days, USA, Australia & New Zealand customers, please allow at least 15 working days (up to 21), from the date of receiving your dispatch email before contacting me.

In the event of a lost/undelivered item, I will send you out a replacement item free of charge - to the same address as your initial order.

All my items are hand packed and inspected before dispatch. I pack each item in appropriate packaging to prevent any damage. If in the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage to the packaging thoroughly. I will be unable to offer a refund or replacement product if you are unable to provide photos of the damaged packaging.

Please retain the damaged item and all packaging until you have contacted me and have a resolution, in the event that I require an item to be returned, I will pay for return shipping costs of a damaged item.
