this coffee mug features ONE personalized illustration of your dog, cat, or other pet - hand drawn in black ink onto a white ceramic coffee mug! makes for a special gift for dog moms, cat moms, fur moms alike.

drawing is of face only but i am happy to add their collar or a bandana type accessory at their neck!

Opposite the portrait, I can write a short line of text! Examples - their name, their birthday or adoption day, etc.

The cup will be a tall, narrow shaped coffee mug similar to the one pictured! Approximately 12 oz. It's possible I may have other colors or mug styles - message me if you are open to something other than white and I'll let you know what I have! Hand washing is recommended!

Disappointed in the service of the shop owner. I purchased these items (on Dec. 5) as Christmas gifts for friends. As noted in the 'Shop Note' section - any items purchased after Dec. 1st would be shipped out by December 17. This did NOT happen. My items were not shipped until December 27!! The shop owner did not even reach out to let me know my order was going to be behind schedule, instead I had to follow-up with them on my order. When she initially guaranteed my items would reach me by Christmas, I had to reach out because no shipping information was sent. This was because the item hadn't been shipped. I am very unhappy with the service from this shop owner - she made making her shipping deadlines seem so matter of fact when in turn she did not make right on her promises.
