Our sizes are in US/CAN - they are standardized and should fit as is.
We carry sizes 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 (no half-sizes). If you find yourself in between two sizes, choose the bigger size - our fingers tend to change sizes depending on the temperature so it's better to go for the half-size higher. Warm temperatures tend to expand our fingers a little and cold temperatures shrink them a little bit.

If you are not familiar with your US/CAN size, you can easily use our chart conversion of the metric you are familiar with to US/CAN size. We also have a Ring Sizing Guide that we can send you - it is printable and have a ruler to measure your finger size. Please feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to forward it to you.

Our jewelry box is gift-ready (it includes a Certificate of Authenticity, vegan jewelry cleaning cloth and a jewelry pouch. We can add a personalized message - please make sure to include your gift message in the notes section.

We try to be as environmentally-friendly as much as possible with our packaging, so unless otherwise requested, multiple items in an order may be packaged in the same gift box. In addition, we also do not include invoices inside the package but please let us know if you want or need one. We do this in an effort to conserve materials and save some trees!

With our sensibly-priced jewelry pieces, most likely, NO. But it depends on the value of your purchase and what your country’s specific personal limits or allowances for imported goods’ duties/taxes. To find out more, please contact your local customs office.

If you should decide to refuse a package you will be refunded your payment minus the return shipping and restocking fees.

Our jewelry pieces are thoughtfully designed and handcrafted using 92.5% Sterling Silver and gilded with a fine metal plating of your choice. Our beautiful jewelry pieces are plated with either Rhodium and Rose gold embellished with World-Class Moonstones (main products), other beautiful gems such as opal and spinel and White Zircon.

Daintybits jewelry pieces are hypoallergenic – our jewelry is nickel free!

Our luminous Moonstones come from either India, Sri Lanka, or Brazil. Yet, another reason why we can offer beautiful jewelry pieces affordably and mindfully – we have different sources and can tap on whoever can provide the best prices and quality at the same time.

We accept returns and exchanges except for custom orders- please refer to our shop policy for details.
All Custom order sales are FINAL. All items bought with reduced price/ ON SALE are final.

If you decide to return your purchase, any gift received should also be returned in it's complete packaging and original condition.

If the item comes back damaged, we would have to deduct some amount from the refund to compensate for the damage.
We would also deduct CAD$5.00 restocking fee from the refund amount. Lastly, as we offer free shipping, the buyer is responsible for shipping the items back to us.

Our jewelry pieces are set with 100% authentic gemstones, unless specified to be lab grown. Each gemstone is unique and might have natural inclusions that could have accumulated during its formation. These inclusions might be seen as "flaws" or "imperfections" but trust us, they make them one-of-a-kind! Given this is a natural property, they do not qualify for a replacement or exchange during our 15-Day Warranty period.

I feel sorry that your shipment has been delayed - it could be delayed for so many reasons, one very likely reason is that they are observing Covid-19 safety measures and are doing their job to keep us all safe. Unfortunately, delays like this is something that is out of my hand but I stay true to my policy of 1-2 business day(s) processing and I will assist you in every way I can.

Just an FYI, after the parcel has left Canada, Canadapost rely on the international post office's update on tracking. So, that could mean your item is still on the move but just the tracking information is not being updated. If ETA has passed and you haven't received your item, please reach out to me and we'll figure out what to do next. Thank you!

Shipping upgrades are now available and were made very affordable!

We offer Canada-Xpresspost for express domestic shipping for an additional $9.00CAD.
As for our friends in the US, it costs $18.00CAD to upgrade to express shipping, USA-Xpresspost.

We currently do not offer express shipping to other countries as the cost is really steep for the price of our jewelry pieces but please reach out if you'd like to avail expedited shipping. For now, only Tracked Shipping Upgrade is available for countries outside of the US and Canada and it costs around $18.00CAD.

We can craft your dream jewelry in 14k solid or fine yellow gold, white gold or rose gold. We do not offer customization in silver.
