For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee. For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time-sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.

The necklace is very nice and came in very nice packing. The only reason for the 4 stars is it took longer than the estimated time frame that was given. It wouldn't have been a big deal, but it was a graduation gift, and I was starting to worry. It did arrive in time, and next time, I'll know I need a little grace time.

The logo name is great and is creative and meaningful. The only bummer is that the material is so thin and a little sharp edged. The quality seems more substantial in the pictures than in reality.
