I am more than happy to discuss customs orders but please remember they will incur an extra charge and may take a few weeks to make. Custom orders are bound by the same terms and conditions as my stock bags. However, custom orders are non returnable, if your custom bag is faulty it will need to be sent back for repair. Please do contact me with your design ideas and any questions you may have.

Please contact me before you order if you would like your bag embossed directly. I usually charge an extra fee depending on the difficulty of the job and it is not possible on all bags. Embossed bags will be strictly non returnable so I usually prefer to emboss the matching luggage tags available to buy with your bag for a small charge.

Store in a cool, dry place with good air circulation. Treatments with a wax or oil about every six months will prevent the leather from drying out and cracking, the leather is naturally water resistant but for extra treatment I find waterproofing sprays are best. Please follow the instructions on the product.

Waxing: Ensure leather is clean, apply wax sparingly and evenly with a dry cloth or brush and buff gently until absorbed, leave for a few hours or ideally overnight.

Oiling: I offer an oiled treatment option on some leathers which darkens and softens the leather. Please take care on clothing and furniture while the oil settles, keeping the bag in a warm (not hot) environment will help to speed up the process.

Returns policies:
1. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ensure the item is sent back within 21 days with your returns form completed.
2. Ensure all protective padding on the hardware is in tact and the item is in the same condition as it was dispatched.
3. Items should be packaged in the same way they were sent and not folded in any way as this creates creasing and can misshape the bag making the return non-refundable.
4. Items returned from outside the EU may require further documentation, please get in touch if you'd like more information and I'll do my best to help.
5. Personalised items such as name tags are non-refundable.

Because my leather isn't heavily treated sometimes the colour and grain can vary from batch to batch and even bag to bag. Leather is a natural product and has variations and characteristics just like our skin does and I like to let that patina shine through.

Please bear this in mind before ordering, particularly if you have ordered a bag previously and are wanting another (that's great thank you!) as unfortunately it is unlikely they will be exactly the same. This means that each bag is unique to you.

I photography my bags as accurately as possible but different monitors, devises, lighting and the reasons outlined above mean that colour and texture may vary.

Returns documentation:
You may be liable to pay any import duties if an item is sent back with the wrong documentation, packages should be marked clearly as a return.

Some countries will charge import duties, it is your responsibility to pay for this so please check rates before ordering. In my experience US and Australian customs are fairly relaxed but Canadian customs are particularly strict and usually charge import duty on items valued over $20, please check with your countries customs and exports for more accurate information. Customs should contact you if you are required to pay duty. If you have any questions at all about import duties please get in touch with me before your order.

At the moment I am unable to ship to the UEA with standard shipping so please select express, I cannot ship to personal addresses in Russia as well as some military bases and PO Box address. Please get in touch before ordering with your address for more information. Unfortunately if an order is placed with an excluded address I may have to cancel your order.

Unfortunately as I am a very small business shipping costs are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Prices are subject to change without notice, unfortunately I will be unable to issue refunds if an item bought is later discounted or reduced. I keep my prices as low and fair as possible so I don't often run promotions but keep an eye on my social media pages for any current discount codes I have available.

In my effort to promote "slow-fashion" my items are intended to last a lifetime and I am confident they will. However, for piece of mind, I offer a three month replacement warranty (except for one off samples, discontinued lines and items that are sold out) and a lifetime repair warranty on all my products. In the unlikely event that your item has any issues I will repair or replace it if it is sent back within three months. After that if you happen to damage your bag and it is repairable then I offer help with repairs for life. Please retain your order number for proof of purchase and if you do notice any faults on your item I ask that these are reported as soon as you receive your order.
