As a seller, we have no control over the delivery. Once the package leaves our hands, we have no idea where it is with USPS so we ask you to file a missing mail claim with them at usps.com. They will then reach out via phone or email with information.

We also recommend you do the following if you haven't:

1. Ask your family members, neighbors, and your regular USPS delivery driver to make sure the package was not misplaced or delivered to a different address.

2. Contact or visit your local post office and ask for the GPS coordinate of your package.

3. Wait for a few more days. In rare cases, the tracking status would show as Delivered but the delivery would be made in the following few days depending on the mail volume.
