For all Continental U.S. domestic & some international shipments, we only ship UPS at this time & therefore, do not ship to PO Boxes. This is due to increased package loss, damage & severe delays with USPS. Domestic rates start at $8.50 & increase with package weight, size and distance from our studio in New York.

Depending on the item, pre-sale ornaments, trees & decor for 2022 will begin shipping in September, October and November. Once we have the items in-stock, most will ship within 24 hours.

Yes! Our home studio is in North Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Please message us after checking out if you'd like to pick up your order. We will then refund the shipping cost after checkout.

Due to the seasonal nature of our items, we do not accept returns. Please read descriptions carefully before making your purchase.

All exchanges must be approved. If an exchange is approved and an item is returned to us, the item must be returned with insured shipping, in sellable condition, undamaged in original packaging within 14 days of receiving. All shipping costs and insuring the package are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
