Can I get more information about your return/exchange policy?

My customers are very important to me, and I want to make sure you love your jewelry. If an item breaks within 60 days of normal wear I will fix or replace it at no charge to you. Items can be returned or exchanged for other reasons, but shipping might not be refunded. Once we have discussed and decided on a return or exchange, carefully pack the item so that no damage can occur during shipment--it is best to use the packaging it was sent in. Please add tracking, we cannot be responsible for items lost during transit, tracking protects you. Item must be received within 21 days of the original delivery date. Custom items may only be returned IF approved by the shop owner. A restock fee will apply and be deducted from any refund due.

How do I know what size bracelet to order?

Use a flexible measuring tape or strip of paper below the wrist bone. If using the strip of paper mark where the end of the bracelet needs to be and then measure your strip. For a snug fit add 1/4" to 1/2"; for a comfort fit add 3/4" to 1"; for a loose fit add 1 1/4". Keep in mind that the thicker the bracelet the tighter it will fit. I will be glad to help with any measurement questions you have!

We sell nothing but high quality, 100% sterling silver jewelry. If an order is shipped and then sits untouched for months, tarnish does occur, this is a natural chemical reaction to the surrounding air and happens with all sterling silver jewelry. Tarnish is especially prevalent in the summer months. We recommend using tarnish cloths or silver cream to keep your pieces looking like new.

Do you take custom requests?

Yes we will discuss any custom request you may have. A custom item is anything that is not already for sale in our shop as indicated in the listing. Any variation not already for sale is considered custom. Please keep in mind that custom items may only be returned IF approved by the shop owner. A restock fee will apply if the item has been approved for return.

The oval cable links are diamond cut and that extra edge gives a nice contrast when oxidized and sparkly aspect when left bright.
