How can I download a digital file?

If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes. We’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal. If you're unsure if you've purchased a Digital Item, you can always go back to the listing page. If it is a digital download, you should see an "Instant Download" message on the images for the item. Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app

How to Leave a Review on Etsy?

To leave a review: On Etsy.com or the Etsy app, click You. Click Purchases and reviews. Find the item you want to review. Click the star rating you want to give next to Review this item. Write your review in the textbox. If you left a five-star review, you can upload an optional picture. Click Post your review. What kind of felt and thread to use?

I recommend using 1-1.2 mm thick wool/rayon, pure wool or polyester felt (I prefer felt from Benzie design) and regular polyester thread.
