Replacement items will be shipped upon receipt of the original item. I make a refund minus shipping fee. The refund is made within 10 days when the seller receives the original item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for all losses of value. You are looking at the handmade woolen clogs made from natural white sheep wool.

These felted slippers are needed home shoes to your dear person or to yourself without any special occasion just to warm feet and make to walk comfortable.

Felt clogs are the desired and needed shoes at home because they are comfy, cozy, warm, flexible, lightweight. They are recommended to wear all the round, because they warm the feet in cold season and cool in hot season. Thant's a magic feature of wool. Your feet will thank you at the moment when you put the slippers on.

The slippers are made using hot water, natural white Tyrolean sheep wool and soap, and, of course, my hands. Natural white color means that it is not very white - bleached color, there are a lot of small, short dark colors hairs in slippers. You can see them in the photos. There is a small cutting in front of the slippers.

The slippers are handmade. Slippers are made without seams.

Soles: The soles can be covered with natural latex. The leather suede or natural rubber soles can be stitched by hands. Slippers with rubber soles will last longer than latex soles. Latex and leather soles for indoor wearing.

Leather suede, rubber and latex soles allow to walk stable and don't slip on the floor. The rubber soles are perfect for outdoor use. They are durable.

Size: is it very important to choose the right EU (in cm) or US (in inches) size of foot length INSIDE the slippers. The sizes chat is attached in photos.

Recommendations:
- measure your foot carefully before buying!
- new slippers usually feel a bit tight. Slippers will stretch slightly when worn.

It is impressive, the package that includes the product and the service! The vendor made it easy to make sure we get the quality we were seeking, the sizes for all four items are correct, and the delivery to Canada is timely, for Christmas. Asking for an extra favour as in extra decoration retaken with the same ease and executed with the finesse that made our heart warm. One gets such a service only at a small shop this one is. We are certain the sleepers will last long, unless our dogs make a mess out of them, I hope not; if it wasn’t for that I would certainly say we will come back to shop again…, product diversification stage in 2022?
