Custom and personalized orders

Please note each order is individually handled, from selection, to engraving to engraving to packaging by us in our little workshop. We work as quickly as possible but quality is our top priority.

While you can certainly put any of our items in the dishwasher... it's one of a kind so we recommend hand-washing

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each order is carefully packed and suitable for wrapping once it arrives. Currently we do not offer gift wrapping but we hope to soon!

We don't stock a single thing. Everything is made to order and we ensure quality is at the top. It generally takes us 2-5 days to get them out the door. Then it's really all about the shipping selection you made at checkout. If you require your item quickier please strike up a conversation.

No Warranty is Expressed or Implied. Please review your item care instructions included with each order.

Two ways to get in touch, message us through the Etsy Messaging app 'Contact Seller' or email us at rharding (at!) northbeachart.net
