Customized tags are non-refundable. If upon receiving your customized tag you notice that our team has made an error, please contact support@bestiespets.com. Non-customized items can be returned for a refund up to 15 days after you’ve received your order. To process a return, please reach out to our team at support@bestiespets.com. We're happy to help!

We use premium materials and strive to provide you with adorable and durable products. However, please keep in mind our tags are not indestructible and they are not chew proof. Our tags are designed to be extremely durable, but the sharpest of teeth could potentially do some damage. We recommend affixing the tag directly to the collar, keeping it as close to their neck as possible, so that your pet cannot reach it. If your pet is a tag chewer, it's recommended you move the tag to a harness or a collar reserved for special occasions. If any damage does occur with the tag, please let us know and we will do our best to help! To clean your tag, simply use soap and water with a gentle scrub.

Our tags are available in sizes perfect for both dogs and cats. Dog tags feature a .75" split keyring and hang around 2" from the collar. I love this tag! The colors are sharp and even with the S clip it’s much quieter than the old metal tag. I got this in hopes that my husband would leave our dogs collar on her more; her shaking made the tags so loud! He still takes her collar off but not nearly as often, so I’ll count that as a success.
