If your order is framed, it is secured by framing nails, glue and tested for durability. Please do not hold a sign by the frame or pull at the frame. If your product is designed to be outdoors, to preserve quality try to keep it from direct sun or rain for long periods of time. Please handle your product with clean and dry hands.

All shipping and process times are listed within the item descriptions. We will let you know when you sign has shipped and include a shipping/tracking number. The shipping terms are FOB shipping point. We cannot guarantee the arrival times but most orders should arrive within the estimated time. We will do our best to stick to the listed processing times. Life does happen, and if it does, someone will contact you if there will be a delay. Please let us know up front if your order is for a gift and has a set date.
