The stools are well made, but the seats are very small. Also the fabric selection was difficult and what we selected is awful. They did not arrive on time. And the order shipped split up. I requested to cancel the rest of the order before it shipped because we received part of it, but they declined to cancel. I asked about new coverings but they did not respond to that request. We are trying to sell them locally now because they are not what we wanted.

Hello Dear Nick, we are producing personalized items and there are plenty of options to choose from fabric, leather, linen for the seats. All fabric options are clearly advertised on the website and it was also possible to make an order for fabric samples before you made an order. After all items shipped, we got a cancellation request from your side and it wasn't possible to cancel while they are on the way. All items have been shipped at the same date but because the packages are too big, sometimes delivery company delivers the rest of items in the next days. We tried our best and delivered the order as it was ordered. It is always possible to get a new seat with new covers. We can do it for your order too. Many thanks for your review. Kind Regards. Ali
