I always prepare a mock up(s) for personalised/custom orders. Before I will start processing the order the final design must be approved. You are given the chance to make amendments prior to your order being sent to production. Please check all the details thoroughly, particularly the spelling of names and date. Only once your order has been approved then prodcution will begin

You can attach the names in personalisation box or if the character limit doesn't allow it please attached the list of names through private message or through my email etsy@pracowniamayflower.com

If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns and exchanges for NOT personalised items within 14 days of delivery date. Before taking the steps please read the return policy carefully

• Please contact to us to notify us and to get the RETURN FORM
• Returned item(s) must be in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Please attach RETURN FORM included order number, your name and reason of return. Returns without FORM will not be accepted

We do not cover return postage costs. The parcel is your responsibility until received by us. We recommend registered post. Please keep proof of postage (this will be required to claim from the Royal Mail when the parcel get lost)

• No refunds/exchanges will be made until the returned items are received.
• For returns - the original method payment will be reimbursed within 14 days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the order amount.
• Please notice I do not cover custom charges when you return the item from abroad. Custom/VAT costs will be deducted from the order amount

Following the rules in that case order must be canceled and placed again with the correct delivery address. I do not ship orders to the address provided in a private message

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to custom process in the destination country

Please take between 7-10 days for parcels to be delivered outside of the UK
