We usually post Royal Mail 1st Class, if you wanted you can chose tracked/signed for options with delivery confirmation, please request this BEFORE purchasing so we can calculate cost : )

If a refund is agreed, EU law states you contact us within 2 weeks from purchase and reship it in its original condition within 3 weeks from purchase. We will refund purchase price minus any extra packing cost if incurred by us and you must pay return shipping.
