SUPERB quality, Expert craftsmanship, amazing attention to detail, and customer service could not have been better! I picked an existing design, but then asked for two modifications - remove one element and change the font. Prompt response from the seller indicated he understood what i wanted and was asking for my confirmation. Wow! That was the first sign of their attention to detail. I received my order faster than anticipated, and the quality and craftsmanship was amazingly beautiful. The wood was gorgeous quality and i especially loved the small touch of putting velvet on the base to keep the box from slipping around - small detail but makes all the difference between average and stunning! This box was just the right one for a memory box. It arrived quickly and the engraving is spot on. The box is well built and I think it was chosen for me specifically. The lining is black velvet and the bag was also black. A nice touch. Thank you!
