Extra Small Bandanas: 7 inches wide, 5 inches tall. Fits 1/2" collars.
Small: 9 inches wide, 8 inches tall. Fits 3/4" and 1" collars.
Medium: 12 inches wide, 8 inches tall. Fits 3/4" and 1" collars.
Large: 15 inches wide, 9 inches tall. Fits 1.5" collars.

To determine your bandana size, measure the length of your dog’s collar and divide by 2. Select the appropriate width.

Tie:
Extra Small Bandanas: 16 inches wide, 5 inches tall.
Small: 17 inches wide, 8 inches tall
Medium: 22 inches wide, 11 inches tall.
Large: 28 inches wide, 14 inches tall.

Make sure to order a size with extra width to be able to tie your bandana on!

Fringe not included in measurements. Fringe is approximately 1" in length, but may vary as it is hand-stripped.

We use a high quality soft flannel fabric for this bandana. Fabric is machine stitched. Every product is handmade, and so slight variation in stitching, thread colors and fabric placement are possible. Color may vary depending on your screen settings.

Activity and environmental factors of your pet's day-to-day can cause wear and tear. We recommend spot cleaning fabric when it is dirtied. Hang to dry if wet. Prolonged exposure to moisture can result in mold if not cleaned and dried properly. Frequent wear or washing may lead to fading and fraying.

Please see our item details for measurements. When selecting a collar, choose the option that your pet's specific neck size is in the middle of the adjustable range. For instance: If your dog has a 12 inch neck, please select a Small (9-14") and NOT the Extra Small (8-12"). This will give you room to tighten or loosen as needed. For biothane collars, feel free to request additional holes.

All of our collars are made with utmost care and quality materials. Day to day wear can create scratches on hardware or stretch/fray the fabric, but proper care will improve the longevity of your collar. We recommend spot cleaning the collar, and using a secondary training collar for tough pullers. We do not guarantee against chewed collars. Our fabric collars can also be placed in a laundry mesh bag and washed on delicate, cold water, and no fabric softener. Please hang to dry. Please do this sparingly. Do not leave wet collars on a pet. For additional questions or concerns, please message me directly.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address during checkout.
We follow Royal Mail's policies for lost packages, which means we require 15 working days domestic and 25 working days international before we will submit a claim. We do not guarantee delivery dates. If your package is lost, we will submit the claim.
If your package shows delivered, however, you will need to file the police report for a stolen package and place the claim with your post office. Once a package has been shown as delivered, we will unfortunately be unable to assist. It will be the customer's responsibility to file an insurance claim with the post office.

In line with EU distance selling regulations you have the right to request a refund on non-custom items within 14 days of receiving a product. You must post it back to me within another 14 days of your notice of intent to return. You must obtain a proof of posting, and use sufficient postage and packaging.
We will inspect it and providing it’s in the same state it was sent to you, we will issue a refund minus the original P&P cost. If there are any problems we will contact you and arrange return at your cost or disposal.
We are not liable for returned products being lost or damaged in post. The customer is responsible for ensuring the address, postage and packaging is sufficient to safely return a product.

We are happy to exchange your non-custom product within 14 days of delivery. Your returned item must be in new condition to be eligible for exchange.
We encourage our customers to measure their pet before ordering to ensure they receive the correct size.
Exchanges are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for the return postage costs, and postage cost to send a replacement. A restocking fee may also be applied for any stock that has been sold out, to cover our relisting fee.
