When the color of the poufs offered- and the delivery dates- changed dramatically. I panicked. I needed mustard yellow poufs by the originally promised date to compliment our decor and provide seating for the arrival of out of town guests. I reached out to the seller, my frustration obvious. However, he remained kind and professional. I was shown a different shade of yellow as an option, and told all would be done to get them to me by my deadline. The beautiful, well crafted poufs arrived when promised. They are gorgeous, of high quality, and I’m so impressed that they arrived from overseas when I needed them. I highly recommend this seller as a person of integrity who offers a well made product.
