Please add at least 5-10cm/2-4inches of extra to both the width and height of your wall to account for installation.

All our wallpapers and wall murals are made to order. We work on dispatching all orders promptly, within one week, but please refer to the estimated arrival given on each product listing before ordering.

We use courier delivery from DHL and UPS for all roll orders. You will receive tracking information as soon as it is available. Delivery usually takes a couple of days. Please note delivery may take longer due to customs delays.

To help the delivery process go smooth, please make sure you provide us with the correct address. Please provide your phone number in the Personalisation box for the courier delivery.

We recommend ordering a sample to see the material and colour in person. Colours in the product photos on the screen and of the product in person may slightly vary due to all screens showing colour differently.

Samples are A3 (16.5in w x 11.7in h / 42cm w x 29.7cm h) size. The samples show both a detail shot of the design in the true scale as well as a scaled down full design shot. Currently we have samples available for the Paste the wall non-woven material and metallic material.

Samples deliveries don't have tracking.

Your new wallpaper will come with complete hanging instructions, please refer to them before installing the wallpaper.

Your wall should be clean, dry and smooth before installing your wallpaper. Remove any traces of old wallpaper and any patches of dirt, grease, dust or mold that may affect the wallpaper glue.

If you prepare your walls with paint before installing your wallpaper, please refer to the paint manufacturer's guide on how long you should wait before applying the wallpaper.

For paste the wall material, please use paste-the-wall adhesive meant for non-woven wallpaper.

Peel&Stick has the adhesive built into it and you only need to peel off the backing.

We want you to be happy with your new wallpaper. Please message us if there are any problems with your order.

Unused rolls can be returned to us for a full refund excluding any customs charged and the cost of sending the rolls back to us. We have return addresses in the USA, UK and Finland, please message us for return instructions.

Please make sure you inspect the rolls when they arrive, we cannot accept returns for products that have already been cut or installed.

We do not accept returns for samples.

Please note that all monitors and screens show colour differently and that the photos in the product listings are for reference. The actual colour of the produced wallpaper may be slightly different to the product photos.

As we make all our wallpapers to order, there may be slight colour differences if you order more rolls at a later time. Usually this is not an issue. We do very careful colour profiling so there shouldn't be any problems with rolls ordered at different times matching. However, we cannot guarantee a 100% colour match.
