I am an International Customer. What shipping service do you use and what about duty?

Orders are shipped USPS. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not mark international orders as "gift", or with any value other than the amount you pay; we could face heavy fines and/or lose our business license. YOU are responsible for all TAXES and DUTY owed. Please check with YOUR countries laws about restrictions and thresholds. You may want to consider keeping your order values low.

The tracking says my order was delivered but I don't have it. Help?

It doesn't happen often but packages are sometimes mis-delivered. We recommend that you check the following: -members of your household -neighbors -postal carrier -local post master If you are not successful in recovering your package, please contact us and we will work with you to find it/replace it/reship it.

This 430 Grade Stainless Steel Wire does not contain any nickel at all, while many other types contain nickel which is bound and nonreactive, this is ideal for those with VERY sensitive skin as well as customers in the EU. This Stainless Steel Wire is the same great wire that we use to make our high quality jump rings and findings. This Stainless Steel Wire is dead soft and does not work harden. Choose from Round, Square or Twisted Square Wire.

This is perfect for heavy duty projects. It is tarnish free, corrosion free and will last forever! It has a low spring back. This wire is also magnetic....so if you are using a magnetic clasp, this may not be the best choice.

Your wire will arrive with a medium silver-grey tone and an eggshell (matte) finish. We tumble the jump rings and clasps that we make with this wire for 4 hours in mixed steel shot and they come out with a beautiful mirror finish. The shinier versions of 14, 20, 22 and 28 gauge will tumble to a very high sheen in a few hours or use it as is in many applications.

We offer each gauge of this wire in two lengths. Custom lengths, additional coils and amounts available.
