Custom and Personalized Items

Embroidery size is determined by font selection and number of characters in the name or text. Each font is unique and not necessarily comparable in size with one another. Bag and thread color charts are intended to be used as close representation as colors will vary on individual computer monitors and other electronic devices, exact color match of product is not a guarantee. Digital mock up of text are done once purchase is made by request in the Notes To Seller at checkout. 3 fonts can be selected. Personalization will be done as you have typed. In some cases text will need to be in 2 lines as there is a limit to how small the font size can be made. If a thread color has not been given black or white will be selected at random.

Issues and How To Contact Me

All communication will be through etsy convo, this keeps all messages and invoices together. Contact me thru convo within 3 business days of delivery. If I have made and error I will gladly replace the item with available inventory. I have tried to provide affordable / durable options. If there is a manufactures defect that I have missed please provide photos of the defect. Missuse (over stuffing tote bags or filling with heavy items) will pop thread/zipper as the materials used are not indestructible. This is not a manufactures defect. Zippers and straps are checked for proper function and durability before embroidery is done. Tote bags are unzipped to allow for embroidery and will arrive zipped closed showing the zipper functions properly

Custom and personalized orders

Type out text as you wish to see it embroidered. Quotation marks WILL NOT be used unless there is a typed out request to include them as most often customers use them in notes but do not want them embroidered. Digital mock up (2 fonts selections per bag/per name) are included in the purchase price and must be requested in the Notes To Seller at checkout. Digital mock up will be sent usually within 2 business days of purchase. I will contact you through etsy convo if more time is needed. Additional fee of $10.00 includes 2 more fonts per bag/per name.

Names/Phrases will be embroidered as given in notes. ex: all capital letters, name only, all lowercase letters etc. If you select from drop down menu then type out text differently I will use the drop down menu version. Quotation Marks will not be embroidered unless you leave a typed out request to include them. Please leave clear instruction and check spelling and punctuation. By placing your order you are confirming that all information is correct. In some cases I may cancel the order and request that you repurchase providing missing or more clear information to process the order. This prevents me from changing the ship date then etsy labeling it as a late shipment as I am graded on this.

Order Details Confirmation and Mock Up Service

If I have questions about information I will send order details confirmation thru etsy convo. If unanswered in time frame needed I will cancel and request re order with clear details. There is no physical item for mock up. Digital image will be sent through etsy convo. Digital mock up is for text preview only and will not be a match to actual thread color or item color. This will not be a digital image of item to be embroidered. Production begins 2 hours after purchase has been made. Mock up will be went within 2 business days. If cancellation is requested and mock ups have been started there will be a $10.00 mock up fee that will come out of the invoice refund.

Custom Made To Order & Personalized

All items are made to order to your custom item color, thread color and text. Because I have no guarantee of being able to resell this combination I do not accept exchanges or refunds. If I have made an error I will replace the item. If a return or refund has been agreed to for any reason there will be a $6.00 restocking fee per item deducted from the item amount, shipping fee will not be refunded. Reship fee for replaced item will need to be purchased. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Youth Baseball Caps: 100% bio-washed chino twill Unstructured, six-panel, low-profile Pre-curved visor. Self-fabric tri-glide buckle closure. Size Range 6½ - 7¼. (Circumference is approximately 19 1/2"" - 22 3/4" These are not toddler specific. They are youth caps (one size fits most) used for beginner sports like T-Ball etc. Many of the customer photos show the caps being worn on toddlers.

Tote Bags are made with 600 Denier Polyester with Polypropylene Coating (please note, heather gray bags feel lighter weight however the manufacturer specifications are the same as all other colors) Is 600D polyester fabric waterproof? polypropylene coating will provide a higher level of resistance before it begins to absorb water.

Filling Out Your Address / Return To Sender Packages

USPS verified addresses are required. It is the customers responsibility to provided complete address. USPS requires Line 1: Name, Line 2: Street # & Name, Line 3: Apartment, Suite, Unit# etc. if applicable, and City-State- 5 digit Zip Code. Return To Sender packages will require another shipping label to be purchased by the customer. Original shipping label can not be reused. I will send a link through etsy convo for reship fee. No Refunds on custom, made to order, personalized items. Non custom items (explained below) will receive a 50% refund excluding shipping after 2 weeks.
