We take the memory of your loved one in the utmost regard. In trusting us we offer you our highest condolences and will treat each piece with delicacy. Please note that any and all information is private and will not be shared with anyone. We will not promote any personalised artwork on our shop or social media channels. Any images are based on made up individuals and not on real work.

Digital orders are emailed to your account email address unless you specify otherwise.

Personalisation:
What we need from you in the personalisation box: Name, Birth and Passing Date

For the fingerprint please drop us a message and we can provide further details. To note, fingerprints of your loved one can typically be acquired from your funeral service provider.

If you would like to use a generic fingerprint for your memorial we can provide this as well. To ensure a unique print for you we will always ensure even our created fingerprints are special to you.

Every print:
✨ Is printing with our Canon Pixma printer, which provides a high-quality finish.
✨ The print is then checked for any faults as we only send the best to our customers.
✨ We then carefully package your order within a biodegradable celo bag to protect from the elements.
✨ It is then sent to you in a card backed envelope so it doesn't get damaged in the mail.

We send our prints every morning so it won't be too long until you receive your order. These prints are printed on a high quality satin thick paper.
