Item is adorable and as pictured. Timing of order did not meet need. Ordered 12/2. Order said expect delivery between 12/14-12/16. Website says 1-3 business days to process. Should have shipped 12/7 or maybe at latest 12/9. Need date was 12/17 and a note was included for reference to owner. Item not shipped until 12/14 and delivered on 12/20. No returns or refunds allowed even though item is not personally customized. Paid more for this item compared to others available elsewhere to meet my event date.

High-quality really cute specialty confetti. Seller was responsive when I did not receive my initial order because it was lost in the mail.
