When ordering please forward the following information: number (1-9), name, plain colour or half quantity marbled (eg, order of 10 will be 5 plain/ 5 marbled), theme, font, whether you would like a glitter finish.

ℹ️ Please note, if an unlisted/ other theme is required and we have any issue sourcing the required mould. We will message to confirm alternatives. Not every theme will be possible.

ℹ️ The rainbow collection, 4 colours/ 4 embellishments (charms) and the rainbow circle, is available on an order of 40+ cookies (1 colour per 10 cookies).
Advance orders are welcome- just add the required for date, and we will amend dispatch date.

Cookies are packaged in parcel boxes or postal boxes, and individually wrapped in food grade cello-bags and bubble wrap, for freshness and protection during shipping.

As these cookies are individually hand decorated, please note there may be variations in the details.
Please note, marbling pale colours will result in darker shades. Colours may appear lighter/ darker than in photos, due to different lighting/ screens.

STORAGE: Store in original packaging, at room temperature. Cookies yave a best before of 4 weeks and last up to 8 weekd. Do not refrigerate.

INGREDIENTS: Flour (WHEAT), white granulated sugar, unsalted British butter (MILK), cocoa (MILK) free range eggs (EGGS), cornflour (WHEAT), vanilla essence, salt, fondant icing, food colouring, decoration (SOYA), icing sugar.
Some colourings used may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

*** Please note that our kitchen use (but not limited to) wheat, eggs, milk and soya. We do not use any nuts on the premises, however we do use products that may contain traces of nuts. ***

Cookies are between 2.5 and 3 inches.

ADVANCE ORDERING: When placing your order, please add your required by date. Please note during holiday periods slots fill quickly. We accept advance orders.

Cookies are sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 class and should reach you 1-2 days after dispatch.

To ensure your cookies arrive in perfect condition, they are packaged in food grade cello-bags and boxed with bubble wrap. We do everything to ensure the cookies arrive in pristine condition but due to the fragile nature of the cookies, there may occasionally be breakages. Unfortunately, we cannot control how the carriers handle the package once dispatched.

Delayed or damaged orders by the carrier will not be refunded.

As our products are custom made, we do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you have any problems with your order, please get in touch.
