When unpacking a new shirt of hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual - it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it’s not permanent. After you wash the shirt, the smell and the residue will disapear. Please refer to Care Instructions.

I haven’t received my order, it seems to be stuck at the post office, what do I do?

Especially during times like these this has been happening more than usual. Please contact the Post Office, they may be able to make arrangements. _____________________________ The Post Office says my order has been delivered, but I don’t have it at my doorstep. This has happened to me before when ordering artwork for my son’s nursery. I was mad, I get it. Please contact the Carrier, they can track it down for you. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes. Within reason, so please message me I would be happy to work something out with you.

Where is my tracking information?

Everything I ship (unless otherwise discussed) comes with tracking. If you haven't received tracking, it hasn't shipped yet. Items other than prints are custom printed and made to order. Items may ship in separate packages. Once I print out one package slip Etsy will assume the order is complete and automatically send you the tracking information. I will however message you with both tracking details if this is the case.

PRINTING PROCESS

DTG is the technique used for printing on this shirt. Eco-friendly, water-based inks are used. The ink is absorbed into the fabric, unlike vinyl which sits on top and can eventually peal off. With this style shirt and this printing process your design will have a nice clean and opaque look.

SIZING

Know your measurements.

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure horizontal.

Length: Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the tee. Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt.

Product measurements may vary by up to 5 cm.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

Cool Iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Do not dry clean.
