❓What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?

Once your order leaves our hands, USPS is responsible for delivery. While delays, missed scans, and delivery errors are rare, they can happen, especially during high-volume seasons. We can’t guarantee a specific arrival date, even if tracking provides an estimate. If your package shows as “delivered” but isn’t in your mailbox, check with neighbors and contact your local post office for GPS scan info. We do not offer refunds for packages delayed or marked as delivered.

❓My order didn’t arrive before my event

Can I return it? We ship quickly, but we can’t make delivery promises on behalf of USPS. Transit-time delays are beyond our control, and we are not able to cancel, refund, or accept returns for late deliveries. If your event date is time-sensitive, please message us before purchasing. We’ll always do our best to help!

❓What if my package arrives damaged?

We totally get how disappointing that is. Thankfully, USPS covers up to $100 of insured value. If your item arrives damaged in transit, you can file a claim online to be reimbursed directly. Here’s what you’ll need: • Photos of the damaged item and the packaging • The original shipping box (don’t toss it!) • To report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery USPS may require you to bring in the damaged item or provide proof of disposal. If you’d like to add more than $100 to your shipping insurance, let us know at checkout. We’re happy to help set that up.

❓What if my item is returned to you by USPS?

If a package is returned to us (for example, due to an incorrect or undeliverable address), the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. We’ll reach out with instructions once it arrives back in our hands. ❓Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? At this time, we do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Due to high shipping costs and Etsy’s fee structure, we are unable to process these orders. If an order is placed with one of these addresses, we’ll cancel and refund it promptly.

❓Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

We do not offer refunds. If your item arrives damaged, USPS covers up to $100 of insured value. You can file a claim with them online to be reimbursed directly. Please note: You must retain the packaging and take photos of both the damaged item and the shipping box. USPS may request the item be brought in or disposed of with proof (yes, really). All damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help walk you through the claims process. If you’d like to insure your order above $100, message us at checkout and we can add that to your shipping.

❓Do you accept returns or exchanges after delivery?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or post-delivery changes. If you have a specific request or need, please message us during the order process. We’ll always do our best to help if we know beforehand. ❓Can I return or cancel a digital download file? Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations once a file has been downloaded. If you run into any issues, please reach out. We’re happy to help however we can.

❓Can I request a custom cup or button design?

Yes! We love creating custom pieces for birthdays, bachelorettes, teams, weddings, and events. Whether it’s a custom cup or button design, send us a message with your idea before placing your order, and we’ll let you know what’s possible. Please note: We can only customize the printed design on cups (not the cup style, it’s always our signature frosted). • All custom work must be pre-approved due to licensing restrictions. • We do not create custom university designs without prior approval. • If you have your own logo or artwork, we’re happy to use it, but just be sure the file is high-resolution for the best results. Some requests may be limited depending on licensing.

❓How do I make sure you match my color theme exactly?

Send us inspiration! We can work from: • A photo of your party decor • A product link • A color code (Hex, RGB, etc.) We’ll use a Hex Color Picker to match as closely as possible, but please note that screen colors vary and exact matches cannot be guaranteed. ❓Do you send photos before you ship items? Not unless you purchase a photo-proof package. Due to the volume of orders we process, we’re unable to send photos or mockups before production unless previously arranged. ❓What if I provide my own artwork?

If you submit your own artwork or photo, please know we can’t guarantee the final result. The quality of your finished item depends entirely on the quality and format of the image you send. Not sure if your file will work? Feel free to message us first! ❓What are the care instructions for my item? Cups: Hand wash only to preserve the printed design; do not soak or use in the dishwasher. Clothing: Wash inside out in cold water. Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron the design. Buttons: Spot clean only. Avoid exposure to water or excessive heat.

❓What size are the cups?

Each cup holds 16 oz, making them perfect for parties, tailgates, bachelorettes, or just your iced coffee in style. ❓How are cups sold? Our cups are sold in sets of 5. You can choose your quantity at checkout in multiples of 5 (like 10, 15, 20, etc.). ❓What are the sizing details for apparel or buttons? All apparel listings include detailed size charts in the photos or description. Please double-check your size before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. Our buttons come in two sizes: 3" – about the size of a baseball 1.25" – a little bigger than a quarter. Each listing will specify which size is included!

I ordered custom buttons for my friend’s bachelorette that were supposed to say “X found her hunk so we’re getting drunk.” There was a mix-up and I first received buttons that said “Luckiest man alive.” I reached out, and she immediately responded and priority-shipped the corrected ones. Unfortunately, the replacement package went missing in the mail (totally not her fault!), but we had plenty of the first batch and they turned out to be such a hit. My friend absolutely LOVED them!💞 Even though there were some hiccups, the customer service was so kind, responsive, and accommodating, and I really appreciated how quickly everything was handled. I’d definitely order again!! 💞
