I generally do not accept returns and exchanges. However, it is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase, so I would like to fix any issue that you might have. Please contact me within 7 days after you received your order so we can work something out. Also, I always encourage my customers to ask me as many questions as you need BEFORE placing your order - I will be happy to help you in choosing your size, adjusting measurements, deciding on the color, providing more details about the garment, etc. In case we both agreed that you must return or exchange the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Yes, I would be happy to make something just for you! Please feel free to contact me so we can discuss about the details and pricing. I will not charge extra fee for small adjustments, for example, you want your bag handle to be a couple of inches longer or shorter. Every case is unique, so let me know about your preferences. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Every body is unique so sometimes it’s difficult to fit into standard sizes. Please let me know if you’re not sure what size to order. To make sure the garment fits you the best, please email me your measurements (bust, waist, hip, and length if needed) - that always helps a lot! Also, if you don’t see your size in the sizing chart, please contact me, we will work on some adjustments.

Yes, I agree, that’s not an easy one! I do my best to take photos using a natural daylight, however sometimes the real color of the fabric still differs a little. Please contact me, and I would gladly send you more photos, or, if you wish, I can mail you a small sample of the fabric.

I couldn't be happier. The shop owner is a pleasure to work with and the quality is excellent. I had requested a custom order and it was no trouble at all. The only difficulty was choosing which colors I wanted. By the way, this is my second bag from this shop; the first one is still going strong after a year but I wanted another color combination.
