Most of our pieces are small batches of handmade range varying each season. Using traditional, sustainable and recycled materials. So, we generally do not custom made or personalised, except highlighted and mentioned in the product description.

The shipping cost £13 to ensure your packages are shipped via Priority Mail. This way your packages are estimated to arrive within 6-10 business days. Also this ensures you will receive a tracking number which allows you to track the packages once it leaves the US.

Shipments to foreign countries sometimes get held up in customs. We have no control over this. If you are overseas and need the package by a specific date, let us know so that we can discuss faster shipping options.
