Do you make custom maps?

Yes! I love making custom map designs and would be happy to work with you to create your dream map print. Based on high demand, it can take a little longer to deliver a custom product, but I keep you updated throughout the process. Please message me to get started.

While some of my map designs look like they are coming off the page, they are not actually 3D in anyway. Shaded relief style maps give the illusion of height and shadows, but they are completely flat. The maps are printed on high quality museum grade paper and look fantastic when framed.

My item was damaged during shipping. What should I do?

If you received a damaged product please contact me as soon as possible. I make every effort to replace items that have been damaged in the mail. Please send me a photo through Etsy messenger of the damaged product and I will do my best to make it right. You must report damaged items within 10 days of delivery.

Do you sell digital downloads?

No, I do not sell downloadable versions of my prints.

My package was marked as delivered, but it is not here. Why?

Occasionally, tracking will indicate that a package has been delivered before it actually arrives at your home. This sometimes happens when the package barcode is scanned by a postal worker before it is delivered. The package is still on its way, but could take several days longer. Please reach out if it has not been delivered after 3 days.

Can I pick up my package if I am local?

While I understand the desire to get a product sooner and not wait for shipping, I do not offer order pick ups. Orders within the United States are usually delivered within 10 days from the purchase date.
