♥ Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a receipt email with a download link from Etsy. This process is usually an instant process but on some transactions, it may take slightly longer to confirm your payment.

♥ If you have an Etsy account, you can also access your digital file(s) on the Etsy website by:
- Go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
- To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

♥ You will be downloading a zip file that contains multiple files after you unzip it.

HOW DO I UNZIP A FILE?
♥ Mac User - Double-click the zip file and you should see a new folder that contains all of your clip art.

♥ Windows User - Double-click the zip file OR right-click the zip file and select EXTRACT ALL. By default, the unzipped folder will be in the same location as the zip file, but you can click the Browse button to select an alternative location.
