➳ You can request any change or cancellation to your order within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours of purchase:
- if you change your ring size, you will be charged with sizing fee of 30 USD.
-If you cancel your order or change your order to a different design you will be charged with a cancellation fee of 100 USD.
-If your piece has already been casted, you will be charged 50% of the price Item cancellation fee.The rest will be refunded to you.
➳REFUNDS are accepted when the Item is faulty or damaged in transit.To return a product:we'll send you the return address upon request; you should carefully package your item,enclose the invoice & send it to the return address provided.

- Customer Service:
We do our best to answer your messages as soon as possible.

- Warranty:
There is a 1-year warranty on all items purchased from MINKARA.This covers defects in craftsmanship or materials.
If your item gets damaged after the expiration of the warranty period, we can still repair it; Repair fees will vary, so please contact us for details.

- Rhodium:
We don't plate white gold with Rhodium to make it look whiter, as we like the color of the natural gold.Therefore, it can appear rather yellowish or greyish than purely white.This gives it a unique look & yo'll save on Re-plating fees

1) Always remove all jewelry before any strenuous activity. That includes any type of work-out –even yoga/dancing, and any type of lifting of heavy objects, whether you're helping a friend move boxes and furniture or you're lifting weights for fitness.

2) To preserve the clarity of your ring center stone and prevent it from clouding up or losing its shiny quality,remove your ring before:
+ Washing your hands with soap
+ Showering
+ Applying lotion
Soap and lotion can leave a residue, which builds up over time and causes the stone to lose its sparkle and become cloudy.

- Cleaning Your Jewelry:
+ Polish using a 100% cotton clothֿ
+ Brush gently using a soft toothbrush, warm water & dish soap (-use just your fingers to clean opals/turquoise)

After the purchase and / or when the Item is finished, we give an estimated delivery time of:
-USA: 3 to 7 days after purchase.
-Australia, New Zealand and Asia- Pacific: 1 to 2 weeks
-Europe: 1 week.

Your Item will be shipped to you from either my studio in los Feliz, Los Angeles or from my studio in Madrid, Spain, Using 5 days tracked delivery courier from Europe or USPS/UPS from the USA.

- Sizing Issues:
If you provided the wrong ring size by mistake and want to re-size your piece, we can adjust the size for you. Our sizing fee is 30 USD. For Eternity rings, the sizing fee is 80 USD. A charge of 10 USD is added for shipping.

It takes between 2 and 2,5 weeks for me to make a custom order. Items will be shipped after that.
Returns are not accepted on made to order Items, including engagement and wedding rings, however,in the unlikely event that a made to order Item is faulty, or was damaged in transit,returns/exchanges are accepted .
I offer repairs at no cost if they were needed in the unlikely case of a faulty item on the 1st year after purchase. I will not pay for other Jewelers repairs or alterations on my pieces.
In order for us to be able to refund your article you will need to send us a picture of the item as it has been received to info@minkara.life.
Once the refund is approved, we will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery.
