Custom and personalised orders

You can customise any of our pet tags or dog harnesses to whatever you like! When ordering, write a detailed description in the personalisation box of what you'd like. You can take a look at examples we've previously done in our photos if you need a bit of inspiration! We will then mock it up for you and send you over proofs until you're happy with the result! We aim to get this complete asap, but please allow a maximum of 24 hours in between each revision (there are no maximum revisions, we want you to be 100% happy with the final result, even if it takes a while to get there!) If we do not hear from you within 7 days of your purchase to confirm details of your custom order, we will cancel and issue a full refund.

Tags: Please do not clean our tags with cleaner that contains any chemicals or alcohol. If the tag gets dirty you can wash it with standard dish soap and a soft sponge. Do not use a rough sponge or wire sponge to clean as this will damage the tag. Harnesses, Collars & Leashes: Machine or hand wash on a cold, gentle cycle & lay on a flat surface for drying. Do not use any harsh chemicals, this will cause fading to the colours and image. We advise to allow them to dry naturally after the wash, please do not iron or tumble dry!

Our adjustable harness allows an accurate fit and comfort whilst also letting your pup look really awesome!

- Each harness has Black Metal O ring for leash attachment
- Neck and chest straps are both adjustable to allow a comfortable fit and also making it easier to take on and off.
- Printed side made from water-repellent neoprene.
- Lining made with soft breathable padded mesh for maximum comfort.

Cleaning care:
Machine or hand wash on a cold, gentle cycle & lay on a flat surface for drying. Do not use any harsh chemicals, this will cause fading to the colours and image.
We advise to allow the harness to dry naturally after the wash, please do not iron or tumble dry!
