Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping and personalized notecards are unavailable, as my final products are shipped out directly from my manufacturing partner. Some mugs and ornaments are the only exception, so please message me if you have any questions!

Mugs and shot glasses are dishwasher and microwave safe. Pillow cases are machine wash and dry. Insulated tumblers are hand wash only. All of the designs I sell are sublimation printed and permanent, so they won't wash off! T-shirts are made and printed in the USA. Drinkables are manufactured in China, shipped as blanks to the USA. We purchase these blanks and then print them with our designs using a technical sublimation and powder coat print process. All items are shipped to you from the USA using DHL, USPS, or UPS postal services.

Order Processing/Shipping Time

Turnaround time for production is 3-8 business days unless a listing specifies otherwise. We try to ship faster but count on the full time to be safe. Add shipping time to your order. For our regular season / holidays: -white mugs - 3 / 14 days -black mugs - 5 / 14 days -travel mugs, shot glasses - 5 / 14 days -clothing - 8 / 15 days -jewelry - 8 / 15 days Regular shipping is USUALLY 5-8 business days, priority upgrade option is 2-3 days- but it does NOT speed up production time. We cannot promise any delivery service by the USPS- they are their own entity. Shipping delays due to volume, quarantine or any other issues are beyond our control. We will not refund an order if an item does not arrive on an "expected due date."

Breakage During Shipment

All of our products are packaged as securely as possible to prevent breakage during shipping. But accidents do happen, and there might be a time when something breaks in transit to you. If this happens, please provide pictures and we will see if we can replace your item.

Shipping and Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is out of my production partner's hands. I can't guarantee when it will arrive. If you have an event or date you need your item by, please order 3 weeks prior to be safe! Regular shipping is a combination of UPS Mail Innovations which will take your package most of the way until it arrives at your local post office for final delivery. This means that USPS tracking is only updated the very last few days of the shipping process.

Returns and Cancellations

All items are made to order, so we do not currently accept returns or cancellations, as they are made to your specs soon after you place your order. If you enter a wrong address on your order and it is returned to our warehouse, we will not send the item again for free. If there is a mistake on our part, we will ALWAYS fix it for you- you will be sent a replacement with the correct item free of charge if you receive the wrong order. Damaged items will be replaced if you order with the priority ship/insurance upgrade. Sometimes mistakes are made, but we always are willing to work with you and help however we can! Please ALWAYS contact us first if you have any issues with your order so we can make it right for you!

'Note to Seller' Section

When you place your order, you will see a 'Note Section' on the order form. This is where you can provide us with any additional information you would like us to have- custom order information can be included, such as font style, text, or an image for printing on the item.
