We were sooooo excited about this. However no matter how many emails I sent explaining that it didn’t look anything like me, the new ones they created looked exactly the same with little to no difference. I sent about 15 photos of me to help, but it didn’t. I was tired of waiting days for a reply with the new mock up that looked similar to the last one and my wedding was in 1 month so I just said ok that’s fine. Along with the bottom stand was supposed to be a full sized Phoenix logo covering the stand that we stand on and they put a tiny 1 inch patch.m that isn’t even centered. The name is a clear sticker that’s obvious and crooked. For 180$ I’m so disappointed in what we got. :/ I wanted to love it so bad. Oh and the heads don’t bobble! I would have been better off ordering from a reputable custom bobble head website.
