My items are all vintage. They are all in excellent to good condition. I try to photograph all angles and show any wear, tear, pulls, stains and or marks. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact me within 3 days to initiate a return. (Or within 14 days if you are in the European Union) Please note shipping costs are not refunded, buyer is responsible for return shipping. No refunds of Duties, Vats, and or custom fees. No refunds can be given for anything returned broken, resized, or altered in any way. Items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. USA BUYERS WILL be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Etsy & Paypal address must match and must be in English. Please note that Vintageandchicfinds will not falsify customs documents. I will not mark a package as a "gift" on customs forms. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. *Any order returned to me as customs fee unpaid, will have 10% deducted from any refund due.

Reshipping any of our packages makes them ineligible for return, refund for any reason including damage claims due to shipping.

Your data and information

Your data, name address ect will only be used for the purposes of sending your order. I don't have access to your bank details. I will not contact you for any reason other than fulfilling your order.

Do you resize jewelry including rings?

No. I don't have the know how or tools to do that. I've called a few Jewelers in the greater Milwaukee Area and the average quote given to me to resize a ring up or down a size is around $50.00. Please call your local Jeweler and get a few quotes as they can differ by $10 to $20. They also give their customers a time estimate of roughly 2 weeks.

The package is returned to VintageandChicFinds.

If a package is returned to VintageandChicFinds because the recipient provided an inaccurate or incomplete address, or failed to pay customs, unclaimed, or denied delivery for any reason, we will not refund your shipping and you will be responsible to pay to re-ship.

Are your items smoke free?

We personally are a smoke free home. Because my items are vintage and have had previous homes I Cannot guarantee that they have always been in a smoke free environment. If an item is reeking of smoke, I will NOT purchase it.

How do you ship heavy items?

Most heavy items will be shipped USPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery for the lower 48 states.

International Shipping

We now offer international shipping. Buyer is responsible for all Duties, Vats, Customs.

All my orders have tracking. No refunds for "Lost" mail. If an item has been marked, "Delivered" and you did not receive it, you will need to file a police report for stolen mail.

International shipping

I'm changing over the entire shop listing by listing for international shipping. I ship worldwide except for Germany as I do not have a VAT CERTIFICATE at this time.
