A flocked hearts tutu was handmade by sewing together hundreds of 6" layers of red tulle and white flocked tulle.

A red satin bow was sewed at the waistline, which can be altered.

This tutu is perfect for all occasions; birthdays, Christmas parties, new year's.

All our lovely tutus skirts are made to order, a great range of all different colours are also available. Please message me if you have any special requests.
