Our products are printed to order. Therefore we do not generally accept returns or exchanges. We'll make an exception under the following circumstances: (a) the wrong item was sent; (b) the right item was sent but the print is wrong; and (c) the print is clearly not centred. Please contact us immediately and send a photo of the item placed on a flat surface. We'll review the photo(s) and send you a replacement if the conditions above exist. The replacement will be of the exact item that was ordered. There will be no size, colour or product substitutions.
