Custom and personalized orders

Yes, I accept custom and personalized orders whenever possible. If you’re looking for a specific combination of colors, fabrics, or want to match other items from my shop, feel free to message me. I’ll be happy to create something special for you, if materials are available. Please note that the price of custom orders may differ from ready-to-ship items, depending on the materials and time required. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are made specifically to your request.

All items in my shop are made in 1:12 scale, unless otherwise noted. This means that 1 inch in miniature equals 12 inches in real life. Sizes in centimeters and inches are provided in each listing for reference. If you’re unsure about the size of an item, feel free to contact me before purchasing — I’ll be happy to help.

All my items are handmade miniatures intended for decorative use only. They are not washable and should not be exposed to water, direct sunlight, or excessive handling. To preserve their beauty over time, I recommend keeping them in a dry, clean environment, away from heat sources or moisture.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I don’t offer gift wrapping, but all orders are carefully packed with attention to detail. Textile miniatures such as cushions or towels are shipped flat and accompanied by my personalized card. More delicate items are secured in protective containers or sturdy boxes, cushioned with tissue paper to keep everything in place during transit. Each order is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and thoughtfully presented. Returning customers and large orders may occasionally receive a small extra gift as a token of appreciation.

Wholesale availability

Due to the handmade nature of my work and the limited production of each piece, I do not offer wholesale pricing or bulk orders. However, if you are a retailer or collector interested in a specific collaboration or themed set, feel free to contact me — I’m happy to consider special requests when possible.

Are your miniatures suitable for children?

No. All items in my shop are handmade collectibles intended for adult collectors only. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14, according to EU safety regulations (GPSR).

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs procedures in your country.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

All items are handmade with care. Preparation time varies by product and is specified in each listing. I take great care in packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Can I return or exchange a digital file?

No. Due to the nature of digital products, I do not accept returns or exchanges for downloadable items. However, if you experience any problem, feel free to contact me.

Do you comply with packaging laws for shipping to Germany?

Yes. I am a registered LUCID packaging seller (Verpackungsgesetz) for shipments to Germany. All packaging complies with the German Packaging Act.

With this DIGITAL FILE you can assemble a total of 4 round boxes as shown in the images. A total of 4 pieces of different sizes that, once assembled by you, will decorate your scenes or dollhouses.

This file is a JPG in A4 size to print by yourself. No need to scale it, just print the page. It is intended for creative people and lovers of crafts, who like challenges and work for their 1/12 scale dollhouses or dioramas. For this collection use A4 250 gsm paper.

***ASSEMBLY ***

Cut out the elements with scissors, fold and glue. You can add the decorations you want. The printable file has small labels that you can cut out to decorate the boxes. For the bows of the boxes you can use silk ribbons, satin, paper cord... that are NOT included in the item you buy.

You can use the template as many times as you want. These images are for personal use only and exclusively. You cannot edit or resell this item. Resale or distribution of digital files is prohibited. All articles remain the property of Pilar Alén.
