Did I buy a physical scarf or a digital knitting pattern?

This shop sells both finished heirloom items and digital knitting patterns. Listings marked as "Digital Download" or "PDF Pattern" are printable instruction files for knitters to make the item themselves. No physical item will be shipped for those specific listings.

How do I download my digital PDF pattern after purchase?

Once payment clears, Etsy sends a download link to your registered email address. You can also access your files at any time by logging into Etsy via a desktop or mobile web browser, clicking your profile icon, and selecting "Purchases and reviews."

Can I download my pattern directly from the Etsy Mobile App?

No. The official Etsy mobile app does not currently support downloading digital files. To access your pattern on a smartphone or tablet, please open your device's web browser (like Safari or Chrome), log into Etsy.com, and go to your Purchases page.

Are your knitting patterns written or charted?

To accommodate all learning styles, most of my intermediate and advanced patterns include both fully charted layouts and row-by-row written instructions. Please check the individual listing description for the exact formatting details of your chosen pattern.

Where do you source the materials for your finished knitwear?

Every piece is made using premium luxury fibers. I personally hand-dye our merino, cashmere, and silk yarns in small batches right here in my studio. For our alpaca goods, I source raw fleeces directly from local American New Jersey farms (my neighbor, for instance!), which are then processed by local heritage mills. All wools are mulesing free

How should I wash and care for my hand-knit item?

To keep your luxury fibers looking beautiful for a lifetime, always hand-wash your item gently in cool water using a mild wool wash. Gently press out excess water with a clean towel (never wring or twist the fabric) and lay it completely flat to dry out of direct sunlight.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Due to the instant nature of digital files, I cannot accept returns or cancellations on PDF knitting patterns. For physical, finished items, please review the individual listing details for eligibility or contact me directly via Etsy messages if you have any issues with your order.

Do you accept custom color requests or custom orders for your finished hand-knit items?

Yes! Because I hand-dye my own yarns in small batches right here in my studio, I love working with customers to create the perfect piece. If you see a beanie, shawl, or scarf style you love but want it in a specific colorway, please send me a message through Etsy before purchasing. I will let you know my current dye schedule, availability, and processing times
