All wholesale requests are accepted. processing time is negotiated individually, due to the labor intensity of my work.

Please take into account that my items are handmade and therefore can vary slightly from the photos* Every effort is made to make them identical but sometimes it is not always possible e.g patterned fabrics. Colors you see on your monitor are not always the same as the real item. It depends on your monitor.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their respective countries.

**Returns and exchange details**

If something is wrong with your order, please let me know and everything possible will be done to correct the problem. ~ I do not accept refund if order was not receiving by a certain date. All the delivery information you can see in Policies. ~ I don't accept returns and refunds on custom orders! ~ No refunds/returns are offered on personalised items, however any errors caused by myself will be rectified by either a refund or replacement. If you bought an item with free shipping of $ 35+, you will be refunded the amount minus the shipping amount at the rates of the postal carrier, as well as minus the non-refundable Etsy commission. Returns and replacements are at the buyer's expense.
