Please note that most of the items in the shop are made to order at it might take up to 5-6 weeks for them to be ready for shipping depending on the number of orders at the time.

We are sending all over the world and all packages have a registration number, they can be tracked in the Post tracking system. It takes around 14-30 business days all over the world. We're not responsible for items held up in customs in your country, all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged international orders once they have shipped under any circumstances.

Returns and exchange details

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days after arrival - we will find a way out. In case of a cancellation or return, the customer pays for the return shipment. The parcel must be packed well. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. After receiving the parcel, we will refund you the cost of the order. Shipping cost NOT refunded. Please note that if the item is returned due to being unclaimed, the buyer covers shipping costs and, if required, re-shipping costs at all times.

If the cancellation request is submitted later than 24 hours after placing the order (as specified in the shop policies), the commission is not refundable.

In case of receipt of damaged goods

In case of receipt of damaged goods, please contact us within 14 days. We will offer the following options: 1. Full refund in case of sending the goods in the original packaging. (At our expense) 2. Partial refund of 50% in case you leave the product to yourself.

Mobiles are not washable but are easy to clean with a sticky roller.

Colors you see on your monitor may differ from item colors. It depends on yours and our monitors color profiles difference, so we cannot give you a guarantee that your monitor displays the colors exactly as they are.
