Please allow 1-7 business days to relieve your package, via USPS.

Once your item leaves my hands, all items will be shipped using the United States Postal Service. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during shipment. When it left my shop...it was exactly the way I wanted you to receive it! In the event that your package is suspected to be lost or has stopped tracking; please let us know as soon as it reaches its past due arrival date. Sometimes delays can happen, so it's not always the case that your package is lost. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages, but we will do our very best to help however we can!

All orders are made to order, please allow me ~1-2 weeks to compete the order. Custom orders ~2-3 weeks. If you need your item sooner, please send me a message and I would love to get it to you in a timely manner. Once you place your order, your receipt will provide you an estimated ship date. Our lead time does not include holidays, weekends, or shipping time. If purchasing for your wedding, we recommend ordering early and providing your wedding date with your order. If you feel your order may be cutting it close, please message us before purchasing. The ship date on your receipt will only be an estimate & can fluctuate by a few days. We always want to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner!

I do not accept exchanges.
I do accept cancelations within 6 hours after purchase. If you do not cancel within the given time frame, policy will be void.

Please remember to check your shipping address PRIOR to submitting your order. If you realize after placing an order that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Tiana Nicholle Designs is not responsible for non-delivered or mis-delivered packages due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses. If a package is returned to us or delivered to an incorrect address, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs and, if needed, the cost of new sign(s) to replace.

Custom Orders:
Don’t see what you’re looking for? Let’s chat! Message us about creating something just for you. Custom orders can be purchased through a private custom listing only. Once purchased, design work will begin and you will receive a mockup for approval. Our custom orders include up to three full revisions of that initial design, so we’ll make sure you 100% love it before we get to work handcrafting your new sign.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please bring this to our attention within 24-48 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damage including an additional photo of packaging. We will assess the damage and work with you to find a solution.

Doormat care is critical to for sustaining a long life of the doormat. Please refer to the individual listing, as it shows with a picture of suggested proper care to preserve your doormat for years to come.
