Why do custom and personalized orders take 1-2 weeks to ship?

I love doing custom orders. Interacting with my customers helps me know what you want and allows me to fulfill your dream. I take the upmost care in creating custom and/or personalized orders. It's important to me that you have time to view a proof and make sure it's exactly what you're looking for. For a recent custom order I did, I designed it more than once to make changes requested by the client. All of this takes time. My goal is to have your item completed as soon as possible but more importantly that it be the best it can be to make your vision a reality. I work full-time during the day so I'm working on your project at night and on weekends.

How do I care for my linen and velvet pillows?

I include care instructions with each pillow specific to the material used. Both linen and velvet are machine washable and dryable. If you order more than one pillow, you'll receive care instructions for each one, even if they're the same, in case one or more are gifts so you'll have care instructions to include with your gift.

Will my pillow cover shrink when washed?

All fabric is pre-washed before embroidery and finishing. There's very little shrinkage and I've tested washing the covers after they are made. The pillow form might fit a little tighter when being inserted but once fitted in the cover, it looks great. You may have to iron your pillow cover with a medium setting after washing.

Will my flour sack towel shrink when washed?

I pre-wash the flour sack towels before embroidery. There's very little shrinkage as they are pre-washed by the manufacturer as well. I would not expect that they will shrink any noticeable amount. You may have to iron your towels after washing if you're using them for display.

All of my pillows are made with 100% softened linen that's machine washable and dryable. Available colors are shown in the pictures above. The size is 14" x 14" with an invisible zipper so the pillow form can be removed and the cover laundered. Machine wash, cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry, low heat. Cool iron, if needed. Available with or without pillow insert.

Returns are accepted with the purchaser paying return shipping if you contact me within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. A refund will be given once the item is returned in new condition. No refunds on personalized items.
