Order Cancellations, Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We will notify you of your shipment. Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. FabriPlas Metal is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend tracking your shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive it at the time of delivery. Order Cancellation Policies As a small, made-to-order business, we do not accept cancellations once production has begun, as staff time, materials, and labor are invested immediately to create your item. If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, we can review it on a case-by-case basis.

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not typically accept returns. In rare cases involving circumstances outside of the customer’s control, we may consider a return or replacement. All requests will be reviewed individually. There will be a 50% re-stoking fee in those situations. Please only place an order if you’re confident in your purchase—we truly appreciate your understanding and support of small businesses.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can help find a solution. Carrier will be responsible for any damage that occurred during shipping. • Be sure to keep all original packaging and shipping labels — these are often required by the carrier to process a damage claim. • If packaging or labels have been discarded, you will need to contact the carrier in filing a claim. note: the carrier may deny it without the necessary materials, and in that case, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Installation Advice And Working With Local Contractors

Please note that we do not provide installation advice as we are not on site. You will need to engage a local contractor for that purpose. All custom orders will come with a CAD drawing close to production date for customers to sign and approve. This will serve as the final agreement between seller and buyer on dimensions, sizing, color and other specifications. No changes can be made once production has started and any changes or associated cost will be borne by the customer. Please consult a local contractor to make sure your sizing is correct and have them verify details on it before production. We will not be responsible for mistakes made on sizing, post production. It is the customer's responsibility to check county codes.

Seller was easy to work with, keeping me posted on production date and mailing timeframe. I bought two of these large panels to use as part of a dog-run enclosure. They are really beautiful!

I cannot gush enough about this company. There were some delays with my order and they were proactive with information and kept me informed all along the way. We received the panels in a sturdy crate and they were perfect. Our install took some time but all our planning was worth it for the final look. They are absolutely stunning in our home. Thank you so much for designing and creating such a unique product at a reasonable price.
