Working with this shop has been easy and fun. I bought a puzzle for my niece and she lost one of her letters. I ordered the extra letter and the shop owner made her all of the extra letters just in case. It was a sweet surprise and gesture. The puzzle pieces are cute and colorful. I can’t wait to buy more fun puzzles and extra puzzle pieces from this shop. Thank you for making this such a joyful gift to give. My brother says my niece plays with her puzzle everyday!
