What if painting losing in shipping

As a seller, if I inform you that the painting was lost during delivery, please rest assured that I will take immediate action. Receive damaged painting?

First of all, Never seen anything like this in years of sales. The construction of the painting itself is strong and easy for shipping, only the canvas can be damaged, but I pack in several protective layers, so it is safe. I don't have extra large paintings so they are compact and easy to pack safely. So please check carefully your painting when you received it, make sure that it is in perfect condition. If there is any damage, please take photos and contact me within 24 hours, the information you provided is essential for claiming insurance.

Oil paints — how safe are they?

They are absolutely safe, I use only safe paints with permitted pigments, these paints are from European manufacturers. Do not worry about this, because the artist is not an enemy of himself, and will not use unsafe materials. They are durable, retaining their integrity for years, and require no special maintenance. Additional customs country fees

I'm not responsible for additional customs fees imposed by your country. I will not issue refunds for packages returned to me because of a failure to pay these fees or for any other reason that is not directly our responsibility. I will, however, re-ship the package to you if you are willing to re-pay the original cost of shipping. After I receive your package, you must re-pay your shipping cost within one week.
