Last year I was looking for ways to keep pollinators from drowning in the fountain. An (ahem) aesthetic way vs styrofoam from the Amazon box. I added 5 glass floats in an aqua color since I didn't want to attract anything more. It worked. Haven't had to skim any out since. These are lovely and as glass goes, robust for outdoor use. Spouse complained that "5 doesn't really look like much" (the fountain sits in an 8ft diameter base pool) so my spouse is getting more and a more colorful birthday surprise.
This glass pinecone joins 2 others previously purchased. Simply beautiful. Quickly shipped and well-packaged. It will be part of my Fall decorating. Just perfect.
