I am so sorry your item didn't arrive in perfect condition! Send me a message via Etsy stating the issue and a photo of the item. I will be happy to send a replacement or refund the cost.

I do not accept cancellations if the item is already in production or been shipped out. Send me a message via Etsy as soon as possible and I will advise if I can cancel your order. If I cannot not cancel the order, you can return the item within 5 days of delivery and I can how and where to purchase a return label.

If an item is personalized or clothing that was made to order, I cannot accept the return. This item was made just for you and I cannot resell it. Digital items cannot be returned.
