We only guarantees when your item will ship from our shop in Mars, PA. We do not offer delivery dates, as your package is no longer in our hands after it ships. If a package is returned to Pink Lace Designs due to an incorrect shipping address provided or any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to redeliver. If the item ordered has free shipping, we can only offer this deal one time per order. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost. A tracking number will be provided with every order. Please check the email address used during checkout for updates. If you have any shipping/delivery issues, please contact us. Lost, Damaged, Or Stolen Order

Although we take extra care of every order, there is the possibility that a package or item may arrive damaged by the shipping carrier or stolen. Please send a message right away if this happens. There are many different circumstances, and we'd be happy to offer any help and information possible. If you notice that your package has not moved in multiple days, please let us know. We will file all necessary claims with the shipping carrier and try our hardest to get it moving again. We do not consider an item lost until over 30 business days in transit. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.

Very misleading!This item is not framed! You will receive 4 pieces of paper, NOT FRAMED! The picture displayed on Etsy by the owner shows items framed

I am so sorry that you are unhappy that you didn’t receive frames, but my listing did not mislead anyone. It says the frames are not included on the main picture, as well as in the first sentence of the listing’s description, and again in the next paragraph. Also, we use high-quality luster photo paper for our prints not just paper. Your photo displays the prints and that they look exactly like the listing’s main photo. I have in no way misrepresented the items that you purchased.
